Vilene F220 fusible interfacing is a light weight, iron-on stabiliser perfect for adding gentle support to lighter weight fabrics. It's ideal for lining bags, reinforcing pockets, or stabilising garment facings, collars, and cuffs where flexibility is needed but structure is still important.
This white or black interfacing measures 90cm wide and fuses easily with a warm iron. It's especially popular for dressmaking and soft bag linings where a softer drape is preferred over stiffness.

How do I fuse Vlieseline F220 Light Weight Fusible Non Woven Interfacing to my fabric?
Place the interfacing with the coated adhesive side on the wrong side of the fabric.
Then cover with a cloth and using lots of steam press the iron carefully for about 6-8 seconds, step by step each area. Iron setting wool
Allow the pieces to cool flat for about 30 minutes before using, so that the adhesive can set properly.
As this is a non woven interfacing steam is required to help it adhere.

How will my Vlieseline F220 Light Weight Fusible Interfacing be sent to me?
All my orders are sent out via royal mail and you are able to choose the delivery method you prefer at checkout. The F220 interfacing is sent out folded, on receiving your F220 interfacing please unfold and re roll to avoid permanent creasing. Any bag making interfacing or stabiliser that is sold is pre packed and will come in multiples of the quanity bought. ie 2 x 1m will be sent as 2 pre cut lengths. This is due to the size of my work area and to enable folding the bag making interfacing and stabilisers safely.
