How do I attach the Bag strap keepers to my handmade bag or purse?
To attach make 2 holes in your fabric matching the holes in the strap keeper, use a little bit of fabric glue or fray check over the holes and place the scres through the hole from the wrong side, attach the strap keeper from the right side of the fabric. Tighten the screws with a small screw driver to secure.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday and your order will be shipping the next working day after being placed . All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, options of 1st or 2nd class postage as well tracked 24 or 48 are available at checkout.
If there is to be a delay in shipping for periods such as holidays etc there will be a banner on the website and notification at checkout to make you aware.
Please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to arrive. These are the conditions set by Royal Mail before any claim for a missing parcel can be opened for investigation. Replacements or refunds can only be actioned once a claim has been raised, by placing an order you are agreeing to this. If you parcel hasn't arrived after 10 working days please get in touch with me, and I will raise a claim and investigate with Royal Mail.
