How do I use the Tassel Cap or Round Strap Connectors?
Each Tasselcap comes with two screws simply insert your tassel or the end of your round strap into the end of the tassel cap, use a small amount of fabric glue in the tassel cap before insert the fabric into the hardware. Once the tassel or the handles are all the way into the tassel cap insert the screws which are supplied and screws in using a small screw driver.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday and your order will be shipping the next working day after being placed . All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, options of 1st or 2nd class postage as well tracked 24 or 48 are available at checkout.
If there is to be a delay in shipping for periods such as holidays etc there will be a banner on the website and notification at checkout to make you aware.
Please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to arrive. These are the conditions set by Royal Mail before any claim for a missing parcel can be opened for investigation. Replacements or refunds can only be actioned once a claim has been raised, by placing an order you are agreeing to this. If you parcel hasn't arrived after 10 working days please get in touch with me, and I will raise a claim and investigate with Royal Mail.
