How do I attach the Diamond strap anchors to my handmade bag?
Each pack contains 4 connectors and backing plates. To attach: mark on your bag where you want to attach the Diamond anchors on your handmade bag, make a hole with a punch or awl place the screws provided through the holes line up with the holes on the diamond anchor and screw in place.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday and your order will be shipping the next working day after being placed . All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, options of 1st or 2nd class postage as well tracked 24 or 48 are available at checkout.
If there is to be a delay in shipping for periods such as holidays etc there will be a banner on the website and notification at checkout to make you aware.
Please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to arrive. These are the conditions set by Royal Mail before any claim for a missing parcel can be opened for investigation. Replacements or refunds can only be actioned once a claim has been raised, by placing an order you are agreeing to this. If you parcel hasn't arrived after 10 working days please get in touch with me, and I will raise a claim and investigate with Royal Mail.
