Yes! Every bag is carefully handcrafted by me, with attention to detail and quality to ensure you receive a truly unique product.
What materials do you use in your handmade bags?
I use high-quality materials, including premium fabrics, sturdy hardware, and durable stitching, to create bags that are both stylish and functional.
Can I customize a bag or request a specific design?
At this time, I only offer ready-made bags. Each bag is made as part of a tutorial or class on my YouTube and then offered for sale on my website. I am unable to take custom orders at present.
How do I care for my handmade bag?
Generally, I recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and avoiding machine washing to maintain the bag’s quality and shape. Do not overload your handmade bag.
What sizes are the bags?
Each bag listing includes detailed measurements to help you choose the perfect size for your needs. Be sure to check the description for specific dimensions.
Are your bags suitable for everyday use?
Yes! My bags are designed to be both practical and stylish, making them perfect for daily use, special occasions, or as thoughtful gifts.
Do you offer gift wrapping or packaging?
Yes, I can provide gift wrapping upon request. Just let me know during checkout, and I’ll make your purchase extra special. Each bag also comes with its own custom made dust bag to protect your bag when not in use.
Do the bags come with a warranty?
While I don’t offer formal warranties, I stand by the quality of my work. If you experience any issues, please contact me, and I’ll do my best to assist.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I accept returns and exchanges under certain conditions. Please review my returns policy on the website for full details or get in touch if you have any concerns.
How long does shipping take?
Each bag is already made and ready to ship so your bag once purchased can be on its way to you within 1-2 working days.
Do you ship internationally?
No sorry. only ship to England, Scotland and Wales currently.
How are the bags packaged for shipping?
Each bag is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, with eco-friendly or recycled materials used whenever possible.
