I have placed an order when will be posted?
Orders once completed are shipped the following working day, please be aware that I do run the business entirely on my own so occasionally during busy periods this time may be extended. If there is a delay in shipping for any reason such as holidays or other events there will be notice at the top of the website and at the checkout to make you aware.
Once you order is on its way to you will receive an automatic email to let you know it has been shipped these can sometimes go to a junk or a spam folder so please check here if you haven't received either a confirmation or shipping email. If you haven't received this email after 2 working of your order being placed drop me a message via the contact page and I will look into it for you.

I placed an order but the payment hasn't been taken and I haven't received a confirmation email?
Occasionally glitches can happen with technology. drop me an email via the contact page and I will check to see if your order has been placed and payment received if not you can place the order again, safe in the knowledge it wont be charged twice.

I have placed an order and received a confirmation email but the payment has been taken twice?
I am sorry there seems to have been a glitch with the online payment, sometimes payments can duplicate and one payment can show as pending and will bounce back into your account after a day or two. Please contact your bank to see if this is the case and for them to reverse the pending payment, if both payments have left the bank account in error please contact me via the contact page with a screen shot of both payments and I will contact my payment provider to reverse the duplicate transaction.

I have placed my order but need to add to it can I do this?
If you order hasn't shipped I am able to combine orders or add items to your unshipping order. Please note if your orders are placed on separate days I cannot guarantee that both orders will go at the time the first order would have shipped. Orders are picked and packed in order of being placed, so combined orders may need to go together within the delivery timescales of the second order.

I have been refunded for an out of stock item or for an over payment of postage but it isn't showing in my bank yet?
Refunds can take up to 3-5 working days this does not include weekends and bank holidays, if a refund still isn't showing in your account after this time please contact me via the contact page and I will look into it for you.

There is an item I wish is buy that is out of stock when will be restocked?
I am constantly restocking the site, when an item is out of stock there is option to sign up to an email alert. This is the quickest way to be notified of a restock as it is an automatic email (it doesn't rely on my remembering to email you). Some items do take longer to restock than others as they are custom made but I do my best to restock as quickly as possible.

My order has been sent but I haven't received yet?
As most items go large letter I use Royal Mail for all deliveries first class post usually arrive with 1-3 working days and second class post usually arrive within 3-5 working day, but please allow up to 10 working days before classing a delivery as lost. I have found that checking with the postie or with the local delivery office can usually uncover a wayward parcel from its hiding place and its delivered a day or two after checking.

I have previously paid by PayPal and I don't seem to be able now, I also think my account was linked to my PayPal is this a problem?
Unfortunately I have had a lot of issues with PayPal as a payment provider not working and creating errors on the website so I have had to disable the facility. Orders can be paid for with card using the wix card processing system and also can be paid for with clearpay if you wish to split larger orders in to 4 payments. If your account on the website was set up using PayPal and you need to set up a new account please drop me a message to let me know and I will make sure any unused loyalty points are transferred over. I do not want my customers losing out because PayPal haven't been able to rectify their issues. I do not have any plans to reinstate PayPal in the near future I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

I seem to be having issue on the website at the moment can you help?
Oh the wonderful world of technology isn't it great? Having helped with various glitches over the last few years, these seem to be the solutions that work.

Deleting the cache and cookies on your browser whether you are on a phone or a computer is often the main solution to any website problems.
If you are on an iPhone, iPad or Mac make sure you are on the latest version of IOS. IOS updates are a main cause of website glitches.
If you are on a PC and deleting your cache hasn't helped try a different browser this can often solve the issue.
If you have tried all of these solutions and none of these have worked drop me message via the contact page with screen shots of the error messages you are receiving and when the errors are occurring and I will contact the tech team to look in them for you.
