Are your supplies suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! My supplies cater to all levels, from beginners to experienced bag makers. I’m always happy to recommend the best products for your skill level or project.
Do you ship your bag making supplies internationally?
No sorry I currently only ship to England, Scotland Wales and the Channel Isles.
What finishes are available for your bag hardware?
I stock hardware in a variety of finishes, including silver, brushed brass, gold, rose gold, rainbow and gunmetal, so you can find the perfect match for your project
What stabilisers and interfacing do you recommend for structured bags?
I offer a selection of interfacing and stabilizers for all types of bags, from woven and non woven interfacing to fusible fleece and decovil light and heavy Check out the product descriptions for more information on each product. I always recommend using what the pattern designer recommend in the pattern.
Can I return an item if it’s not what I expected?
I accept returns on unused items within 14 days of purchase. Please review my returns policy for full details or contact me with any concerns. The only exception to this is on interfacing and stabilisers where this has been cut from the roll.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
I aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Can I track my order?
Yes, if you purchase shipping with tracking this information will be provided for all shipped orders, so you can keep an eye on your delivery.
